Warranty policy

At Luxeviibe, we believe in the quality of our products and want you to feel good about shopping with us.  This Warranty Policy tells you what your rights are and what we have to do if a product is defective.

 What is covered by the warranty

 There is a 30-day limited warranty on all Luxeviibe products that starts on the day they are delivered.

 The warranty covers problems with the materials or workmanship that happen during production.

 What is Covered

 Seams or stitching that aren't right

 Zippers, buttons, or closures that don't work because of problems with the way they were made

 Defects in the fabric that were there when it was delivered

 What Isn't Covered

 This warranty doesn't cover:

 Normal wear and tear

 Damage done by using something wrong, an accident, or not taking care of it properly (like washing it outside of the care instructions)

 Items that have been changed, fixed, or repaired by Luxeviibe

 Items that are on clearance or for sale

 Claims for Warranty

 To file a warranty claim, please email us at contact@Luxeviibe.shop with:

 Number of the order

 What the defect looks like

 Photos that clearly show the problem

 Our team will look over your claim and get back to you within five business days.

 Choices for resolution

 If your claim is approved, Luxeviibe may do any of the following:

 Fix the broken item (if you can)

 Get a new item that is the same or similar to the one you have.

 Follow our Return and Refund Policy and give a refund.

 Limitation of Liability

 The warranty only covers the original price of the item.  Luxeviibe is not responsible for any damages that are not direct, incidental, or consequential.
